You are the person that our guests see every time they make an investment into their vehicle, because of these reasons you play a large role in building relationships with our guests.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Answer phone calls and schedule appointmentsCheck guests in and outTreating our guests with the utmost respect under all circumstances and with a heart consistent with Christian BrothersAssisting the shop with receiving, processing, incoming and outgoing parts and other errands as neededKeep the facility clean and organizedDesire to learn automotive repair service terminology and processesDirect, coordinate, and participate in performing guest service activities as dictated by workloadKeeps the service team accountable for making guest update calls on their vehicleServe as a community ambassador for the store through creating authentic relationships and partnershipsFollow all safety policies and proceduresOther duties as assigned
